We visited the school on Dec. 15, 2009 and were privileged to be invited to a community banquet provided by the Pacheendaht Band at the school, followed by a delightful Christmas Concert put on by the children.

Lioness Jean W with the books she has purchased for the students and the special Sooke District Lioness bookplate that she inserts in each book. Due to wild winter weather, our Sacks and books could not be delivered by the Lioness so were picked up by one of the teachers on his way to Port Renfrew. The Lioness will be visiting "our school" in the new year.
